How does our collaboration process work?

Initial stage

The project discussion involves several key stages that help clarify the client's expectations. First, a detailed discussion of the style and scope of the project is conducted, including the general timeframes and budget necessary for developing the project assumptions. The next step is to schedule a site visit, if possible, to conduct a site inspection, which allows for the verification of the initial project assumptions. Afterward, a precise project proposal is prepared, and the appropriate team for the project is selected. In the final stage, the client is introduced to the proposal and the team that will collaborate on the various stages of the project.

Functional layout + Look&Feel

The process begins with creating a 2D floor plan of the apartment. Next, the main functional assumptions for the apartment are developed, considering the function in conjunction with form. Two variants of the functional layout are then proposed, followed by the refinement of the final layout. The next step is to establish the primary interior concepts and outline the Look&Feel style, with two variants to choose from, ultimately refining the final design.

3D Interior Design

The process begins with developing interior inspirations and finishing materials inspirations for 3D views. Next, the selection of finishing materials is made for the 3D views. Then, schematic 3D views of the interior are created, incorporating the selected materials and furnishings (furniture, sanitary fixtures, tiles, appliances, lighting, colors, finishing materials, curtains, carpentry, built-ins, etc.). Finally, corrections are made to the schematic views (up to 2 corrections during the 3D views stage).
