This 65 sqm apartment is a bold reinterpretation of the urban loft, designed for short-term rental with a strong identity and refined comfort. Exposed brick walls, matte black tile, and visible concrete ceilings set the tone for an interior rooted in texture and contrast. Warm oak floorboards add balance, while brick-red accents echo the natural pigments of the raw surfaces.
